Returns & Exchanges — 100-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your Polar Bear Golf gear. If you're not happy, you have 100 days from delivery to return or exchange your item — for free.

Free returns: Start your return online and we'll email you a prepaid return label — you don't pay a cent for return shipping.

Free exchanges: Wrong size or fit? Swap it for another size or style at no extra cost.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Gift cards can't be returned.

How it works:

1. Log in to your account or use the link in your order confirmation
2. Select the item and reason
3. Print the prepaid label we email you and drop it off
4. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund (within 7 days) or exchange is processed automatically
